The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Job Description

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Assist in general HR operations, including employee records, HR documentation, and policy administration
• Provide support on employee relations matters and day-to-day HR inquiries
• Support performance management and HR initiatives as assigned
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, with strong exposure in recruitment
• Familiar with recruitment processes and basic HR operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office; HR systems knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work independently and work well in a team

Salary: Open for negotiation
