Job Description

• Manage the full financial reporting cycle, including monthly and annual accounts, cash flow management, and variance analysis
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Handle tax compliance matters and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities
• Establish, implement, and maintain effective financial controls and policies to mitigate financial risks
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support to the broader business

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Minimum 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role
• Mandatory experience in the manufacturing sector (technology manufacturing experience is an added advantage)
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills with solid knowledge of accounting standards and best practices
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Familiarity with financial systems and digital tools, with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Salary Range: RM 6,000 - 8,000
