Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company's compliance with occupational safety and health standards, implementing OSHA-related policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize safety programs to prevent workplace accidents.
  • Conduct HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control) and lead workplace safety inspections
  • Organize and conduct employee safety training to raise safety awareness and improve emergency response capabilities.
  • Monitor updates in DOSH regulations and ensure timely implementation of regulatory changes.
  • Investigate and report any workplace accidents or violations, providing recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to ensure the implementation of best safety practices and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HSE, preferably in Logistics/Warehouse operations,Supply chain, Manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Must possess valid DOSH Green Book (Registered Safety & Health Officer – SHO)
  • DOSH registered competent assessor to perform -chemical health risk assessment.
  • Must hold valid CePSWaM certification
  • Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or any related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of independent analysis and judgment under pressure.
  • Strong report writing and data analysis skills.


Salary Range: Up to RM8.5k (open for further nego due to experience)
