Our client, established in 1994, is a leading material specialist and solid surface supplier in Asia with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, and Beijing. They offer a full suite of services including supply, fabrication, installation, and project management of high-performance surfaces like engineered quartz, acrylic solid surfaces, sintered stone, and marble/tiles.

Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth and business development in Johor and Singapore, building strong client relationships and expanding the company's market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development in Johor and Singapore regions.
  • Identify new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare proposal, quotations, and follow-up on sales leads.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel between JB and Singapore.
  • Existing network in Johor and Singapore markets.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: Basic RM3k - RM4.5k, + Commission can up to RM10k
