Key Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance Execution:

  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks for production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
  • Conduct routine inspections and calibrations to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM):

  • Apply TPM principles to maximize equipment effectiveness and minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Engage in autonomous and planned maintenance activities to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.

Technical Expertise:

  • Utilize specialized knowledge in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams for complex issues and maintenance practices.

Experience in Equipment Maintenance:

  • Leverage extensive experience in maintaining and servicing SMT and motorized automation production line equipment to ensure their optimal functioning.
  • Apply expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery in compliance with industry standards.

Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards in all preventive maintenance activities.
  • Align preventive maintenance practices with the requirements of these quality and environmental management systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including schedules, tasks performed, and spare parts usage.
  • Generate detailed reports on equipment condition, maintenance activities, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Training and Collaboration:
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the maintenance team, focusing on TPM methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and equipment reliability enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
  • Significant experience in maintaining and servicing SMT and automated motorized production line equipment.
  • Proficient knowledge and application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
