Job Descriptions
  • Recruitment & Hiring
    • Manage full recruitment cycle for local and foreign employees.
    • Handle job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer letters, contracts, and hiring documentation.
    • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and hiring managers.
    • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely manpower fulfilment.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
    • Prepare onboarding documents, HR records, and conduct employee orientation.
    • Coordinate workplace setup (IT access, tools, PPE, workstation).
    • Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, asset returns, final payments, and termination documents.
  • Foreign Worker Management
    • Manage foreign worker documentation including permits, visas, renewals, VDR, FWCMS, and immigration-related matters.
    • Monitor passport/permit expiry and maintain records.
    • Coordinate worker accommodation, transport, welfare, medical checks, insurance, and government liaison.
  • Attendance & Payroll Support
    • Verify attendance, overtime, leave, MC, lateness, and timesheets.
    • Support payroll processing and related HR records.
  • Employee Relations & Discipline
    • Handle employee concerns, grievances, counselling, and disciplinary matters.
    • Assist with domestic inquiries and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Training & Development
    • Coordinate employee training, induction, and safety programmes.
    • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
  • HR Compliance & Policy
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, immigration regulations, and HR requirements.
    • Assist with HR policies, SOP improvements, and audit preparation.
  • General HR Support
    • Support employee welfare activities, company events, and CSR initiatives.
    • Provide HR assistance and handle employee enquiries.

Job Requirements
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Experience in foreign worker management (permit renewal, FOMEMA, passport records, hostel management) is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, IR issues, and HR best practices.
  • Strong skills in attendance checking, OT verification, and HR documentation.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Excel / HRIS system.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with minimum supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organised, and disciplined with confidentiality.
  • A good team player with positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
Location: Kulai, Johor
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
Salary Range: RM4,000 - 6,000
