Job Description:

  • Oversee daily inventory distribution planning to meet business objectives and DC stocking strategies.
  • Manage outgoing product flow from production and plan Finished Goods movement to global Distribution Centers (DCs).
  • Ensure global DCs maintain sufficient Days on Hand (DOH) of Finished Goods inventory at all times.
  • Execute distribution strategies to replenish DC stock levels based on demand and stocking targets.
  • Collaborate closely with DC Managers, Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient communication and on-time delivery.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, constraints, and potential product shortages within the distribution network.
  • Monitor distribution lead times and collaborate with Logistics to maintain accurate master data in planning systems.
  • Analyze and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance results, focusing on KPIs and stocking-level trends.
  • Use performance metrics and trend analysis to propose process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the Distribution Network Superintendent in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Distribution or Supply Chain Analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with planning or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and flagging risks/issues proactively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Some travel may be required; must hold a valid driving license.

Salary Range: RM 4,000 - 6,000
