Responsibilities:

  • Execute recruitment activities including job posting, channel management, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Assist in organizing new employee orientation and internal/external training programs; track training effectiveness and maintain training records.
  • Handle HR administrative processes such as onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and resignation; manage personnel files, labor contracts, and HRIS data.
  • Collect and verify attendance and performance data; assist in monthly payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Manage office supplies procurement, inventory control, asset management, and administrative expense processing.
  • Liaise with government departments (e.g., DOSH, Labor Department, DOE, SSM) and handle license renewals, permits, and company documentation.
  • Oversee office administration and facilities including security, cleaning, maintenance technicians, landscaping, dormitories, and canteen coordination.
  • Support workplace 5S implementation, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events such as meetings, celebrations, team-building activities, and annual dinners; support internal communication and company culture initiatives.
  • Provide cross-department support when needed and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR or administrative experience in medium-sized or large organizations preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labor law, employment regulations, and HR/admin processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data handling.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently with good execution ability.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Team player with a strong service mindset and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to support both HR and administrative functions with professionalism and confidentiality.
