Job Responsibilities:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the companys current supply chain operations including planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and returns along with their pain points and improvement needs.
- Communicate closely with various business departments (planning, procurement, production, warehouse, sales, finance, etc.) to collect, analyze, clarify, summarize, and confirm specific business requirements related to the supply chain module.
- Map existing business processes to standard ERP system processes, identify gaps, and propose process optimization and reengineering suggestions based on ERP best practices.
- Persuade business departments to accept necessary changes.
- Collaborate with external consultants to jointly design supply chain module solutions based on business requirements and ERP system capabilities, including organizational structure, master data strategy, business processes, system configuration, and integration plans.
- Review the proposed solutions from a business perspective.
- Organize and participate in supply chain solution reviews.
- Be responsible for system operation and maintenance from a business perspective: answer user questions, provide training for new users and new business processes, collect and document user feedback and optimization requests, create knowledge documentation, monitor and analyze system operational data, identify issues, and carry out timely adjustments and optimizations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation in business management. PMP certification is preferred.
- At least 3 years of ERP implementation experience, with participation in two or more full-cycle ERP projects.
- Familiar with the core modules and system configurations of mainstream ERP products, including finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Strong business process analysis and optimization skills; able to deeply understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a plus.
- Strong ability to learn quickly and solve problems; capable of responding swiftly to technical and business challenges during project implementation to ensure project progress and quality.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills; able to communicate and collaborate effectively with business departments, technical teams, and vendors to drive successful ERP project implementation.
Salary Range: RM4k - RM6k
