Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop and implement Learning & Development initiatives with strong focus on manufacturing, technical and operational training. 
  • Conduct training needs analysis across production, engineering, quality, EHS and supporting functions. 
  • Design, coordinate and personally deliver training programs including onboarding, technical skills, SOP, quality systems and leadership development. 
  • Drive competency-based training frameworks to support workforce capability and operational excellence. Manage and coordinate internal trainers, subject matter experts and external training providers. 
  • Ensure training programs comply with internal standards, audit requirements and regulatory needs where applicable. 
  • Track training effectiveness through evaluation metrics, skills assessments and continuous improvement actions. 
  • Maintain training documentation, records and reporting to support audits and management review. Support talent development initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development and high-potential programs. 

Job Requirements (JR) 
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, 
  • Engineering or related fields. Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training, preferably within manufacturing, electronics, high-tech or industrial environments. 
  • Proven experience in training needs analysis, curriculum design and hands-on training delivery. 
  • Strong exposure to manufacturing-related training such as production processes, quality systems, EHS or operational excellence is highly preferred. 
  • Experience working with external training vendors and coordinating internal trainers or SMEs. C
  • Comfortable engaging with shopfloor employees, engineers and managers at all levels. 
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix organization.

Salary Range: Open for discussion
Working Hours: 5 days, 8am-5pm
