Job Description

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues, identify root causes, and carry out effective repairs.
• Support machine setup, adjustment, and improvement to meet production quality and efficiency targets.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Train production operators on basic machine operation and routine preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH), company policies, and government regulations.
• Work closely with production teams to achieve equipment uptime and production KPIs.
• High-performing candidates may be promoted to managerial roles.

Job Requirements

• High School Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering or related field, without a Degree but with relevant industrial maintenance experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with plastic injection molding machines or terminal crimping machines is an added advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, machine setup, and maintenance skills.
• Basic proficiency in Malay and English; Chinese proficiency is an added advantage.

Salary Range: RM 5,000 – 8,000
