Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, material issuance, kitting, and shipment.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular stock audits to meet EMS production requirements.
  • Implement lean warehouse practices to improve material flow and efficiency.

  • Coordinate with production, planning, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), and industry standards for electronic components.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, cycle time) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes to reduce cost and enhance productivity.
  • Handle logistics and coordination with freight forwarders and suppliers for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Implement ERP/MES/WMS systems for effective warehouse management and reporting.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of warehouse management experience, with at least 3 years in the EMS/electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of material control processes in EMS, including kitting, ESD handling, and traceability requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage for supplier/vendor interaction.

Salary Range: RM10k - RM15k
