Job Description:
- Manage and monitor material planning and inventory levels
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Analyze data to identify material issues and support problem-solving
- Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels
- Set and monitor safety stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock
- Handle slow-moving and obsolete materials to improve inventory turnover
- Support process improvements and material standardization initiatives
- Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome

Diploma/Degree in relevant field is preferred

Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Detail-oriented with high sense of responsibility

Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Willing to learn new systems and processes quickly
