Job Descriptions

• Design & Planning
  • Prepare electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications
    
  • Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system design
    
  • Ensure designs comply with project and regulatory requirements
• Project Implementation
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities
    
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
    
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site
• Quality & Safety Assurance
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
    
  • Conduct inspections and testing
    
  • Implement corrective actions for non-conformance
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain updated drawings, specifications, and reports
    
  • Submit progress reports to management
    
  • Support technical submissions and approvals
• Continuous Improvement
  • Research new technologies and industry practices
    
  • Recommend efficiency and cost-saving improvements
    
  • Participate in training and professional development
    

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Electrical systems
    
  • Electrical codes and safety standards
    
  • Testing and commissioning practices
• Proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD
    
  • Revit
    
  • Other electrical design software
    
• Strong problem-solving ability
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is an advantage
• Proficiency in Mandarin for ease of communication with China stakeholders

Location: Senai, Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM)

Salary Range: RM5,000 - 8,000
