Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documentation including M&E drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
- Ensure proper document control processes are followed, including version control, filing, and retrieval.
- Oversee timely submission, tracking, and archiving of construction-related documents.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Support internal audits and project handover documentation requirements.
- Implement improvements in document control systems and workflows.
- Supervise and support documentation staff to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure alignment with quality standards, ISO procedures, and construction industry regulations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with project quality requirements and company quality management systems.
- Coordinate quality inspections, non-conformance reporting (NCR), corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of quality-related records, procedures, and audit documentation.
- Work closely with project teams to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance quality performance.
- Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures throughout project execution.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects is essential.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in document control and/or quality management within the construction industry.
- Familiar with handling MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) documentation.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and construction quality requirements is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
