Job Descriptions
- Coordinate with related departments / governing authorities for the purchasing of materials direct from China suppliers. Communications internally from Warehouse, Production, Technical & Design Department, Accounts, QAQC and other sub-contractors servicing team.
- Prepare / requesting /provide all relevant documents for each department, collection for MRF, raising POs, requesting DO / Invoicing and all related document from each of the departments mention above.
- Understanding basic of purchasing process, able to use internal custom made ERP system called PRO system to streamline operations, manage data, improve efficiency by keying in, log, track and retrieve all purchasing details processes in local or international setting.
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate & reading in Mandarin is a must since purchasing will be dealing with China suppliers fully.
- Diploma or Degree in any Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management studies or equivalent.
- Having experiences working as a procurement / logistic staff or have managed international purchasing environment is highly encourage to apply and fresh graduations are fully welcome as we will provide basic training as well.
- Able to work together in a timely manner with all related departments mention above and be proactive in following of orders plus tracking of estimated raw material arrival.
- Able to work under tight schedules and good communication with all levels of people is required from Executive Directors, managers to production staff members.
- Friendly by nature, professionalism by trade in the working environment by having clear timely communications of material purchase.
