Job Responsibilities Overview
  1. Manage the quality of power systems to ensure that products and services meet standards.
  2. Formulate and implement quality management systems, and monitor key parameters.
  3. Analyze quality issues and propose improvement measures.
  4. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure quality requirements are met.
  5. Participate in quality training and awareness enhancement activities.

Responsibilities and Tasks
Responsibility 1: Quality Planning
  • Participate in the formulation and improvement of quality management strategies and plans for power systems, clarify quality objectives, standards, and requirements, and ensure that the quality of power systems complies with national and industry regulations.
Responsibility 2: Quality Assurance
  • Responsible for supervising the implementation process of power system projects to ensure that each stage meets quality requirements. This includes quality inspection, testing, verification, and evaluation to ensure system performance, reliability, and safety.
Responsibility 3: Quality Control
  • Develop and implement quality control standards and procedures, conduct strict inspection and control of each component of the power system, and ensure compliance with design requirements and quality standards.
Responsibility 4: Quality Management
  • Establish and maintain a quality management system for power systems, including developing quality management policies, operating procedures, and quality standards. Conduct quality training and education to improve employees quality awareness and skill levels.
Responsibility 5: Quality Improvement
  • Analyze problems and failures in the operation of power systems, identify causes, and propose corrective measures to improve quality and performance. Participate in quality audits and evaluations to identify potential issues and areas for improvement, promoting continuous quality enhancement.
Responsibility 6: Communication and Coordination
  • Communicate and coordinate with design, manufacturing, operation, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth implementation of quality management tasks. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations, providing high-quality power system solutions.
Qualifications
  • College degree or above.
  • Major in engineering, with a college degree or higher in engineering-related fields, or possessing a registered professional engineering qualification.
  • More than 5 years of experience in engineering quality management.
  • Proficient in using Office software (especially PPT).
  • Familiar with ISO9001 Quality Management System and 50430 Construction Quality Management System.
  • Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and mandatory standards in mechanical and electrical engineering construction.
