Job Summary

The Accounts cum Admin is responsible for handling full set of accounts, statutory compliance, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and assist in year-end closing
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required
• Manage and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, and PCB
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Manage office documentation, filing systems, and record keeping
• Handle general administrative duties such as correspondence, office supplies, and coordination with vendors
• Support HR and operational administrative tasks when required
• Ensure proper documentation control and compliance with company procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Around 2–4 years of experience in handling full set accounts
• Familiar with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB)
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

Salary Range: Rm3k-RM4k
