Job Descriptions:
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and service standards
- Monitor appointment bookings to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools
- Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and overall customer experience
- Drive sales performance and achieve outlet targets for services and products
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Prepare daily reports and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
- Support marketing activities, promotions, and company events
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail or outlet operations management
- Proven experience in managing multiple outlets or leading large teams is an advantage
- Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills
- Sales-driven with a strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer issues effectively
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours as required
