Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and service standards
  • Monitor appointment bookings to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools
  • Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and overall customer experience
  • Drive sales performance and achieve outlet targets for services and products
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Prepare daily reports and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
  • Support marketing activities, promotions, and company events
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail or outlet operations management
  • Proven experience in managing multiple outlets or leading large teams is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills
  • Sales-driven with a strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer issues effectively
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours as required
Salary Range: RM4k - RM7k
