Job Descriptions
- Fully lead the strategic planning, establishment and in-depth optimization of the company's HSE management system(ISO14001 &ISO 45001); formulate and approve HSE core policies and key processes, and establish a full-process supervision mechanism to ensure implementation.
- Take the lead in organizing the construction of factory-level risk assessment systems, lead the investigation of safety and environmental hazards and closed-loop management of rectification, and conduct follow-up verification and accountability for rectification effects.
- Coordinate the establishment of the HSE training system and the formulation of annual training plans, lead special training for high-risk positions and the planning and implementation of company-level safety activities, so as to improve the safety awareness of all employees.
- Be responsible for in-depth investigation and analysis of accidents, formulate systematic safety rectification plans and promote cross-departmental implementation, and establish a long-term mechanism for accident prevention.
- Fully control the authenticity of environmental protection data and compliant disposal of waste, lead the formulation of environmental risk assessments and emergency plans, and promote cleaner production and upgrading of environmental protection technologies.
- Establish an occupational health management system, and coordinate occupational health examinations and protection work.
- Lead the in-depth construction of the factory's 6S management system and culture to improve on-site management standards.
- Lead the improvement of the factory's HSE capabilities and ensure full compliance with national and industry regulations.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in engineering, science, or safety
- Minimum 3 year of HSE or plant-floor experience.
- SHO (green book) certification is required.
- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Knowledge of hazard identification and risk control
- Basic understanding of safety management systems (SMS)
- Good experience in problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
