Job Descriptions
- Assemble injection-molded plastic parts using manual tools or simple fixtures according to SOPs and drawings.
- Perform visual and basic dimensional inspection of molded parts and assembled products.
- Identify and report defects such as flash, short shots, deformation, or surface marks.
- Trim excess material and clean parts as required.
- Pack finished products according to packaging specifications.
- Record production output and quality data accurately.
- Follow safety rules, 5S, and workplace discipline requirements.
- Support line leaders or supervisors in meeting daily production targets.
- Assist in rework or sorting activities when necessary.
- Other tasks assigned by the Employer.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Solid knowledge of equipment operation and troubleshooting, capable of resolving technical issues independently.
- Willingness to work in a factory environment, with a strong sense of teamwork.
