QA Executive | Pasir Gudang

Company Background:

Our client company, with its headquarters in Japan, is set to establish a new manufacturing facility at Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. This plant will focus on electromechanical assembly and advanced material fabrication for semiconductor equipment, designed to meet customer needs while also expanding the company's global business.



JD – Job Description

• Conduct daily quality operations in strict accordance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and departmental procedures.
• Manage and maintain all quality-related documentation and records.
• Oversee on-site discipline and ensure employees follow standard work procedures within the department.
• Handle document control, management review, and internal audit activities.
• Coordinate and support customer audits, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Maintain and update training materials related to quality management.
• Prepare and submit monthly quality performance summaries and analysis reports to the department.

JR – Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related functions in the manufacturing industry.
• Certified in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Familiar with ISO management systems and quality audit processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary Range: RM5000 - RM8000
