Quality System Head | Automotive Industry | Senai

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's QMS.
• Act as the main authority and subject matter expert for all quality system related matters across the organization.
• Lead and manage internal, external, customer, and certification audits, including audit planning, execution, reporting, and timely closure of findings. 
• Oversee document control, change management, record retention, and system governance.
• Manage CAPA processes, risk assessments, and management review activities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report quality system KPIs and performance metrics to senior management.
• Support NPI, process changes, and business expansion.
• Coordinate with customer or internal team to handle complaints, audit feedback, and regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or quality systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
  
• Hands-on experience with QMS implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  
• Strong understanding of CAPA, risk management, document control, and change management processes.
  
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.

Salary Package: Up to RM7k
