Job Summary:
To manage and maintain the full set of accounts, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements while supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and monthly closing.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation, journal entries and ledger maintenance.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, audit, SST, etc.).
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities.
- Maintain proper documentation and internal control procedures.
- Utilize SAP or similar ERP system for daily accounting operations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in handling full set accounts.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
- Experience in SAP system is an advantage.
