Job Description:

• Ensure effectiveness of on-site quality control and problem reporting, identifying defects early.
• Complete in-process and finished product inspections on time and record them accurately. Report any quality issues promptly.
• Prevent unqualified materials and semi-finished products from entering production. If prevention is ineffective, report and handle the issue immediately.
• Conduct thorough inspection and judgment of returned defective and scrapped products.
• Track and confirm product changes and properly label products as qualified or unqualified.
• Maintain and use inspection data and samples properly, ensuring they are up-to-date.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of testing instruments and fixtures, submitting requests for repairs when necessary.
• QC-related work and tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance–related roles.
  
• Experience with laboratory work or analytical instrument operation is preferred.
• Able to work shift/overtime.

Salary Range: Up to RM7000
