A semiconductor materials provider relocated from Taiwan, headquartered in Singapore, specializing in high-quality packaging materials, including solder spheres and solder paste, supporting advanced chip packaging and global semiconductor assembly operations.

Job Description:

• Operation and management of QA laboratory (high-value) instruments.
• Physical and chemical property testing, and follow up on outsourced testing.
• Preparation and analysis of chemical reagents.
• Quality and instrument analysis–related projects.
• Experience in nonconformance handling, including 8D and abnormality management.
• Assist with document control systems and ISO audits.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance–related roles.
• Experience with laboratory work or analytical instrument operation is preferred.
• Familiar with establishing quality standards and inspection processes, with the ability to perform abnormality analysis and corrective improvements.
• Knowledge of commonly used quality analysis tools such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, and Control Charts.
• ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification is preferred.

Salary Range: Up to RM7000
