Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage centralized Data Centre operations across multiple sites.

• Respond to and escalate incidents based on criticality and SLA requirements.

• Manage customer requests and systems such as Electronic Visitation Management System.

• Perform system performance benchmarking and analyze data to improve DC operations.

• Monitor IoT sensors and troubleshoot network connectivity issues related to BMS/EMS/PQMS.

• Ensure adherence to MOPs/SOPs and provide system recovery solutions when required.

• Monitor DC facility infrastructure (UPS, power, cooling, chiller, humidity, water detection, etc.).

• Coordinate maintenance, shutdown activities, and vendor support.

• Manage incident lifecycle, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and process Change Requests.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure SLA compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or IT with minimum 4 years of Data Centre operations experience.

• Good knowledge of DC facilities, monitoring systems, and operational best practices.

• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently, multi-task, and perform under pressure.

• Proactive, organized, and team-oriented.

Shift role: 12 hours rotational shift
Salary Range: $3500 - $4500
