JD – Job Description
- Conduct in-depth consultations with parents to understand their children's English learning needs and recommend suitable courses and learning methods.
- Analyze students' learning background, current proficiency, and learning challenges.
- Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and convert enquiries into trial lessons and enrolments.
- Review students' trial lesson performance with parents and complete enrolment.
- Manage personal enrolment targets and conversion rates.
- Maintain student records, learning progress, class schedules, parent communication records, and follow-up information.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure alignment between parents' expectations and the centre's services.
- Act as a bridge between parents and teachers to ensure effective communication.
JR – Job Requirements
- Sales or high-end service experience, preferably in insurance, property, fitness, beauty, automotive, luxury retail, travel, or education.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to build trust with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customers' actual needs.
- Patient, confident, professional, and able to handle customer objections and price comparisons.
- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; English must be sufficient to communicate comfortably with international school parents.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and Claude/Gemini.
- No specific academic qualification required; clear thinking and communication skills are important.
