Position Summary
Responsible for overall factory operations including production, manpower planning, quality, safety, maintenance, productivity, and cost control to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory operations and production planning
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
- Monitor production cost, wastage, and operational efficiency
- Lead department heads and develop factory workforce performance
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, HR, and Supply Chain departments
- Improve manufacturing processes and productivity
- Handle manpower planning and workforce discipline
- Prepare operational reports and KPI analysis for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years manufacturing experience
- At least 5 years in management level within food manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience in bakery/pastry manufacturing is an advantage
- Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO22000, Halal compliance
