Job Descriptions
  • Monitor sales orders based on customer forecasts and purchase orders (PO).
  • Track and manage quotations, pricing submissions, and customer claims.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal finance team regarding invoicing matters and payment-related transactions.
  • Monitor tooling parameters and Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECR) to ensure latest costing updates are maintained accurately.
  • Liaise with customers on commercial-related matters including:
    • Cost buyoff
    • Tooling and NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) charges
    • Product costing
  • Prepare and provide cost impact analysis for commercial and engineering changes.
  • Support cross-functional coordination between sales, engineering, production, finance, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate costing records and commercial documentation.
  • Assist in product costing analysis, margin tracking, and cost optimization activities.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of working experience in EMS, manufacturing, costing, program coordination, or commercial support functions.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship exposure may be considered for junior positions.
  • Familiar with product costing, quotation processes, and commercial documentation.
  • Experience in EMS/ODM/OEM manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of tooling, NRE, ECO/ECR processes, and BOM costing is preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with customers and internal departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Able to work independently and under tight timelines.
Location: Senai, Johor
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:00AM - 6:00PM)
Salary Range: RM4,000 - 6,500
