Company Background:

JD:
  • Lead the overall business operations and P&L performance of the Malaysia site, ensuring revenue, margin, and productivity goals are achieved.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans (35 years) for manufacturing expansion, technology upgrades, and operational excellence.
  • Manage cross-functional leadership teams including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to drive performance and accountability.
  • Oversee customer relationship management, contract negotiations, and business development opportunities.
  • Lead major CAPEX projects, including factory expansion, new line setup, and automation upgrades.
  • Drive continuous improvement programs focused on yield enhancement, cost reduction, and efficiency optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), ISO/IATF, and customer-specific audits and standards.
  • Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams; develop succession plans and cultivate a results-driven, high-performance culture.

JR
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Administration. MBA is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in metal stamping, plastic injection molding, plating, or precision component manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end manufacturing operations including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain.
  • Strong background in process optimization, automation, tooling, and surface finishing (e.g. plating, coating).
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, cost control, and productivity improvement.
  • Quality & Compliance: Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, and EHS standards, as well as customer audit requirements in automotive or electronics-related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive performance culture, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership in factory expansion and technology upgrades.
  • Excellent command of English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage for communication with headquarters and key suppliers.
  • Others: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to work under pressure
    and travel as required.
Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (5 days works)
