Position Overview:
As a Sr. Recruitment Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Recruitment team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates to meet our organization's clients needs. Your primary focus will be on full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to candidate selection, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. You will collaborate with hiring managers, participate in job fairs and industry events, and leverage various sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.
Responsibilities:
Partner with clients / hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume review, phone screenings, and interviews.
Conduct reference checks, background checks, and employment verifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in recruitment methods.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sr / recruitment specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills to identify qualified candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
