Job Title: Sales & Business Development Specialist Job Description: As a
Sales & Business Development Specialist at Innovation Creed, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our HR Consultancy Services. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential leads to finalizing deals with corporate HR teams in Egypt and Gulf countries.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential leads within target markets. Utilize various channels such as cold calls, cold emails, and networking events to generate opportunities.
2.Client Engagement: Approach and engage clients through effective communication strategies. Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our HR Consultancy Services.
3.Sales Closure: Nurture relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the decision-making process. Drive the sales process from initial contact to deal finalization.
4.Strategic Marketing: Implement and contribute to the development of the strategic marketing plan. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
1.Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in HR consultancy or related services. 2.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3.Technical Skills: Proficient use of MS Office and presentation tools. Additional Info Location: Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt.
Working Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
