About the job Assistant to CEO

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily correspondence, arrange appointments and meetings.
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • VISA application.
  • Handle filing and maintain proper records.
  • Summarize current year plan, update year plan regularly and prepare for the following year.
  • Support CEO on budgeting and claims and billing follow-up.
  • Arrange meetings invitation, room bookings and prepare meeting minutes when necessary.
  • Assist and support direct reports in any other projects, tasks, and secretarial duties as needed.
  • Information and material consolidation (News clippings, New Launches, Team contacts, Product Mapping &, etc).

Responsibilities
  • University Degree or Above
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years of related working experience
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Well-developed customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experiences in MS office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, and Words)
  • 5 days’ work and may be required to work during weekend and Public Holiday depending when required
