  About the job Assistant to CEO
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily correspondence, arrange appointments and meetings.
 - Manage travel and accommodation arrangements.
 - VISA application.
 - Handle filing and maintain proper records.
 - Summarize current year plan, update year plan regularly and prepare for the following year.
 - Support CEO on budgeting and claims and billing follow-up.
 - Arrange meetings invitation, room bookings and prepare meeting minutes when necessary.
 - Assist and support direct reports in any other projects, tasks, and secretarial duties as needed.
 - Information and material consolidation (News clippings, New Launches, Team contacts, Product Mapping &, etc).
 
Responsibilities
- University Degree or Above
 - Minimum 6 - 8 years of related working experience
 - Good communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
 - Well-developed customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
 - Experiences in MS office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, and Words)
 - 5 days’ work and may be required to work during weekend and Public Holiday depending when required
