• Report directly to the Chairman to drive the organizational vision, mission and direction.
• Lead the development and implement the overall operational strategy.
• Full P&L holder to promote the company's sustainable growth.
• Oversee, lead and motivate the management and full team from the back office, frontline, and production team to achieve the business target.
• Play a key role in further developing and expanding the company in the region
• Implement and formulate a strategic plan for business growth, analyze and make recommendations on long term initiatives

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 10 years of business management experience
• Willing to get their hands dirty to get things done, entrepreneurial mindset, and a change marker
• Aptitude in decision making, problem-solving, analytical skills, strategic planning, and critical thinking
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
