General Summary
Are you a driven sales professional with a hunter mentality? Do you thrive on cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals? We are seeking a Sales Executive to become the first hire of our sales-as-a-service offering. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you'll play a pivotal role in executing our program that will unlock growth for businesses.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales function from the ground up, working closely with executive leadership in a company that values culture, mentorship, and professional development.
What You'll Do:
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, negotiating terms and contracts to meet both client and company needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CRO and marketing team to align sales strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Your Skill Set:
