Job Overview
This role serves as the CEOs operational counterpart, the Integrator to his Visionary, responsible for running the company's operating system (EOS), building scorecards, dashboards, and accountability loops, and managing weekly L10 meetings and daily huddles. You will own inventory forecasting and Amazon replenishment, direct creative and marketing project pipelines, and coordinate effectively with agencies, contractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate brings order, clarity, and momentum to all areas of the company, holds the CEO, the team, and themselves accountable, and consistently turns ideas into action and action into measurable results. Key Responsibilities
EOS / Leadership
- Run weekly Level 10s, daily huddles, and monthly/quarterly scorecard reviews
- Maintain Rocks, priorities, KPIs, and accountability loops
- Build and evolve the companys Accountability Chart
- Hold team members accountable to clear metrics and deliverables
- Work directly with Jake to turn ideas into structured plans and measurable projects
Operations & Inventory - Build inventory forecasting dashboards and automated low-stock alert
- Own Amazon replenishment and ensure we never stock out
- Oversee warehouse coordination, kitting schedules, and SKU-level data accuracy
- Implement or recommend an inventory SaaS platform
- Build a reliable reporting rhythm (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Project Management & Creative Flow
- Build inventory forecasting dashboards and automated low-stock alerts
- Own Amazon replenishment and ensure we never stock out
- Oversee warehouse coordination, kitting schedules, and SKU-level data accuracy
- Implement or recommend an inventory SaaS platform
- Build a reliable reporting rhythm (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Manage the creative pipeline across Amazon, social, Shopify, SEO, and content
- Coordinate with agencies, photographers, designers, Upwork contractors
- Work closely with Christine to streamline execution and remove bottlenecks
- Build repeatable workflows for launching new products
- Serve as the operational hub for cross-department communication
Right-Hand to the Founder
- Filter CEOs inbox and surface only the decisions that matter
- Take meeting notes, summarize action items, and deliver high-quality follow-through
- Prioritize initiatives and maintain alignment across all teams
- Help shape the culture around urgency, integrity, and experimentation through failure
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience running EOS/Traction systems (or similar)
- Strong project management & operational execution skills
- Experience with e-commerce or Amazon operations (required)
- Advanced organizational systems, reporting, and dashboards
- High EQ, proactive communication, ability to push back respectfully
- Thrives in fast-changing environments-loves building clarity from chaos
- Fast executor with excellent follow-through
- Growth mindset; comfortable learning through experimentation & failure
