What will I be doing?

  • Conduct research and interview potential candidates for recruitment.
  • Support in coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Engage in business development through methods like cold calling and LinkedIn.
  • Initiate contact with potential candidates and clients through channels such as cold calling and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize HPRs internal recruiting tools to connect with prospective candidates.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects focused on business development, brand recognition, and social media.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degrees in Business or Communications.
  • Over 1 year of experience in a corporate setting.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Outlook, Excel, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated drive to succeed!
