As the Operations Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the onsite operations of our delivery associate and fleet vehicle inspections company, Paragon Logistics LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the onsite delivery associate and fleet vehicle inspections company

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction

- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of delivery associates and inspectors to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures

- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and personnel to ensure efficient resource allocation

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

- Identify and resolve any operational issues or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations

- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
