Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves initiating outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services or products, and setting appointments for our sales or business development team. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads using a provided script or call guide.

Qualify prospects based on a set of criteria and generate interest in our offerings.

Schedule appointments or consultations for the sales team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.

Follow up with leads who have shown interest or require further information.

Handle objections professionally and keep the conversation engaging.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call/appointment targets.

Provide feedback to improve lead quality and script effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cold caller, telemarketer, or appointment setter.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working with call quotas and rejection.

Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
