Senior Creative Director / VP of Creative (Philippines, PST Hours, US Travel Required)
We are seeking an elite-level Senior Creative Director / Vice President of Creative with proven experience in streetwear, urban lifestyle, and cannabis/CBD branding to lead and elevate our creative team. This is a remote, Philippines-based role that requires full availability during PST hours and occasional travel to the US for key meetings, creative direction, and collaboration with clients.
Who Were Looking For
We are not looking for a generalist. This role is for a highly skilled creative leader who:
Has 8+ years of experience leading creative teams and managing high-impact branding projects.
Has worked directly with US-based brands or agencies, specifically in streetwear, urban culture, or cannabis/CBD industriesthis experience is non-negotiable.
Can strategically develop brand identities, marketing materials, and multimedia assets while keeping up with cultural trends in the US market.
Is a hands-on expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and multimedia production (video editing, motion graphics, animation).
Can recruit, assess, and mentor top-tier designers to build and grow a highly skilled creative team.
Has excellent client-facing skills, able to present creative strategies, articulate vision, and manage expectations with US-based stakeholders.
Has experience with workflow optimization, creative operations, and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
Is willing and able to travel to the US when required for training, strategy sessions, and key client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership Oversee the entire creative department, ensuring top-tier branding and marketing execution.
Talent Acquisition & Team Development Recruit, assess, and mentor high-caliber designers, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and creative excellence.
Brand Development & Execution Build, maintain, and evolve brand identities that resonate with streetwear, urban, and cannabis/CBD audiences.
High-Level Design & Multimedia Expertise Guide and oversee the execution of designs, motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia content.
Workflow & Project Management Optimize creative operations, improve turnaround times, and enhance efficiency across teams.
Client & Stakeholder Communication Act as a senior liaison between the creative team and US-based clients, ensuring alignment and brand consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing creative teams for CPG, eCommerce, or luxury brands
Deep understanding of current urban fashion, hip-hop, cannabis, and streetwear culture
Strong analytical and strategic mindset to track the impact of creative assets
Ability to scale creative operations as the business grows
