Accounting Lead

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Lead to oversee and manage financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role involves leading accounting processes, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic insights to improve financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams to support budgeting and financial planning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Experience with accounting software preferably Odoo, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to lead and mentor junior accounting staff.
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work in Pacific Time Zone
