About the job Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO with calendar management, administrative tasks, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling requests, ensuring alignment with priorities.
Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and filter important communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines, and follow-ups.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Manage administrative tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and document organization.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
