Architectural Drafter- Luxury Residential Homes

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter with a strong portfolio in luxury residential projects to join a high-end architecture and design firm. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail, proficiency in CAD tools, and a deep understanding of luxury home construction standards. You will support the design and technical teams by producing high-quality drawings that bring vision to reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate architectural drawings and technical plans for luxury residential homes.

• Translate design concepts into detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction documents.

• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers throughout all project phases.

• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and field changes.

• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience drafting high-end residential or luxury custom homes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.

• Strong understanding of architectural plans, materials, and construction methods.

• Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
