About the job Business Analyst (POLAND)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work on complex, integration-heavy IT projects. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and delivery teams to shape solutions, turn business needs into implementation-ready requirements and support effective technical delivery.
LOCATION: POLAND (office in Krakow or 100% remote)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and validate business and system requirements
- Collaborate with the delivery team to refine requirements and align on feasibility, solution options, design decisions, and implementation scope
- Define and decompose requirements into implementation-ready work items and tasks
- Create, maintain, and manage requirements and related project documentation
- Participate in refinement, estimation, and planning activities
- Facilitate discussions, demos, and acceptance reviews
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst and/or System Analyst on IT projects
- Background in IT, business or related fields (formal education or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical background and ability to analyze system behavior, integrations (APIs/events) and data models
- Ability to identify root causes, challenge assumptions, and ask the right questions
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex systems, domains, and concepts
- Ability to manage business analysis tasks end-to-end within the agreed scope
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical stakeholders
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
AS A PLUS:
- Experience in discovery, presales, or early solution shaping phases
- Experience with cloud-based, integration-heavy systems, including IoT/edge and AI/ML-enabled solutions
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience applying AI-assisted tools to business analysis tasks
