Project Director: Fire Protection (Sprinkler Systems)

Salary: Paying upto £75,000 (neg)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project success: You will be responsible for the overall success of all projects, from start to finish. This will involve planning, managing, and executing projects within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects meet all applicable quality standards
  • Nurture talent: You will be responsible for developing and mentoring the project team. You will provide guidance and support to help team members reach their full potential. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing new talent for the company
  • Build strong relationships: You will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This will involve working with clients, suppliers, and other team members to ensure that projects are successful
  • Uphold the highest standards: You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of profitability, compliance, and safety. This will involve working with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, and that all applicable laws and regulations are followed

Requirements: You will need to have had hands-on experience and a strong understanding of fire sprinkler standards, specifically BSEN 12845 (Commercial) and BS9251 (Residential).

Location: Ideally you will be based in or around the West Midlands so you can easily commute to the office, however, this role requires the ability to provide coverage nationwide.

Package: They offer a competitive salary commensurate with your knowledge, experience, and abilities, estimated at around £75,000 (negotiable).
