Job Title: Internal Account Manager / Sales Lead Generator (B2B)

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 plus commission structure (TBC)

Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll receive personalised mentorship, and training towards becoming a Field-based Sales/Business Development Executive.

Progression: As an Internal Account Manager & Lead Generator, you will work closely with the experienced Sales Manager, who will provide valuable mentorship and guidance throughout your journey. In time, you will undergo comprehensive training, equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to transition into a Field-based Sales/Business Development Executive position.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, account management, or related roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
• Ability to identify customers' pain points and align solutions to their needs
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is advantageous
• A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead in the dynamic world of B2B marketing
