Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse who is fluent in Dutch to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with HiPersonnel, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including assessing and monitoring patient's condition, administering medications, and providing treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans for patients

- Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to the healthcare team

- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

- Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and quality of care

Qualifications:

- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Maastricht

- Fluent in Dutch language

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records systems

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
