- Personal Information may include: surname, name, middle name; place of work and position held; contact information (e.g. e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, work address, or home address), date of birth, nationality, passport, previous employment information which may include start and end dates, department, and position.
- Purpose of Personal Information processing: candidate evaluation and decision-making in Hill’s hiring process and employment opportunities with Hill’s parent company and their affiliated entities.
- Hill will be the Controller of the Personal Information and will determine the purposes and means of processing the Personal Information.
- In addition to Hill, Personal Information may be processed by the following types of third parties solely for the purposes indicated in Paragraph 2 of this Consent. These third parties include, but are not limited to, Hill’s parent company and their affiliated entities, providers of applicant recruitment, evaluation and management services.
- Personal Information processing may involve the following procedures: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, modification (e.g., updating, revision), retrieval, use, deletion, destruction, blocking, transfer (e.g., dissemination, provision, access).
- You may withdraw this Consent for Processing of Personal Information at any time by sending a written notice to Hill’s Chief Privacy Officer whose contact information is listed below. Hill will delete Personal Information in accordance with its data retention and deletion schedule which is tied to the purposes of processing, Hill’s legal and regulatory obligations, Hill policy and its legitimate business interests.
