Position Summary:

The Piping Supervisor oversees the construction, integrity, and compliance of offshore piping systems, ensuring adherence to international standards, company specifications, and best construction practices. The role provides technical evaluation, supervises installation activities, reviews design documents, and supports commissioning and start-up while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Additionally, the supervisor coordinates integrity tests, monitors contractors work, and ensures piping systems operate reliably across power stations, compressor stations, pumps, turbines, and other dynamic equipment.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Piping systems overall construction integrity and compliance with international standards, COMPANY specifications and construction best practices.
  • Effectiveness, efficiency and safety of piping systems activities execution
  • Quality and technical integrity of piping systems.
  • Piping systems design documents reviewing
  • Providing technical evaluation of piping systems
  • Providing piping systems execution technical follow-up.
  • Performing power stations, compressor island stations, pumps, turbines and other dynamic piping construction supervision.
  • Reviewing contractors piping layouts design· Supporting piping commissioning and production start-up.
  • Attending and accepting integrity tests.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Work experience of 10+ years in the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects
  • Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
